March Cleaning Round-Up – Vacant Property Restorations Across Harpenden & St Albans

End of tenancy cleaning St Albans were at full speed this month. March gave us a taste of longer days and plenty of vacant property cleans across Harpenden and St Albans. While others were tackling spring cleaning, we were busy transforming empty homes, ready for new owners, tenants, and fresh beginnings.

In Harpenden, we handled a mix of end-of-tenancy cleans and pre-sale property refreshes. Homes on Crabtree Lane and Cold Harbour Lane were prepared for market, with special attention to kitchens, ovens, and bathroom descaling. One property, recently let by Allsopps, was completely restored after a long tenancy — a full day’s work, but worth it when the agent’s feedback came through: “Spotless, as always.”

Over in St Albans, our focus was on builders cleans and post-renovation detailing. Projects on Vintry Court and Hatfield Road required attention to every corner — dusting down skirting boards, polishing glass balustrades, and degreasing brand-new kitchens before photography and viewings.

We also worked on a lovely detached home managed by Frosts Lettings — it needed a top-to-bottom transformation before new tenants arrived. Floors scrubbed, ovens shining, windows sparkling — all ready for keys to change hands.

We found a note inside a kitchen drawer that simply said, “Don’t forget the biscuits.” Sadly, no biscuits were found — but we’ll take that as motivation for next month!
