No — we do not provide a cleaning certificate.

Instead, we issue a detailed invoice, which is sufficient evidence of professional cleaning for landlords and letting agents. In practice, inventory clerks and agents assess the standard of cleaning, not whether a certificate has been issued. An invoice showing a professional end of tenancy clean is widely accepted.


Do you cover my area?

We cover a wide range of locations and regularly carry out end of tenancy cleaning across multiple towns and counties.

As a general guide, an end of tenancy clean usually takes around 4 to 6 hours.

The exact time depends on:

We allow enough time to complete the job properly rather than rushing.

How many people will be coming to clean?

We send a minimum of two professional cleaners to every end of tenancy clean.

Team size may increase depending on the size or condition of the property, but every customer receives the same level of care, attention to detail, and commitment to finishing the job professionally.


Can I leave a key with you?

For security reasons, we do not accept keys directly.

If access is needed, you can:

  • Use a key safe

  • Arrange access through a landlord or letting agent

  • You can also use a neighbor or a friend!

We can also collect keys from a landlord or letting agent within a 3-mile radius for an additional £15 if required.


Do I need to be present during the clean?

No — you do not need to be present.

Many of our clients are abroad, working, or unavailable on the day. If your circumstances allow, we welcome you being present at completion so you can check the work, but we fully understand that this isn’t always possible.

We’re completing on the same day – can you clean later or the next day?

Yes, absolutely.

We understand that completions can be delayed and timings can change. As long as you keep us informed, we’ll do our best to remain flexible and accommodate late completions or next-day cleaning where possible.


We’re moving out on the same day – can you still clean?

Yes, we can.

That said, moving-day cleans can be challenging as there may be other trades, removals, or delays outside our control. Ideally, cleaning is booked separately once the property is empty, but we’re experienced in working around difficult situations and can often make it work.


There is furniture in my flat – can you still clean?

A small number of items, such as a bed or wardrobe, is usually fine.

If the property is fully furnished, please let us know in advance so we can advise whether additional time or cost may be required. This helps avoid surprises on the day.

Can you clean my sofa or curtains?

We do provide upholstery cleaning, including sofas.

Please send photos in advance so we can:
